– Automated individual conﬁguration (e.g. name of

guest, preferred language) possible through data

transfer with XML format, data import from guest

booking data ﬁles, personal data ﬁles, etc.

User Group speciﬁc Settings

The service software allows to adapt the devices to the requirements and capabili-

ties of the different user groups within your organization. For participants or sol-

diers, as well as for units within a rental ﬂeet, advanced features may be disabled

and access to settings completely locked.
